Thank you for shopping at 14 MART. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 HOURS.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends (Sundays) or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders (such as during major sales or holidays), shipments may be slightly delayed. In such cases, our team will notify you via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

2. Delivery Time & Shipping Rates

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and official public holidays).

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

Note: Deliveries to remote areas or distant regions may occasionally take an additional 1 to 2 business days beyond the standard timeline.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Confirmation: For all COD orders, our customer support team will contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details. Your order will only be dispatched after successful confirmation.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your Tracking ID/Link so you can monitor your parcel's journey.

4. Undelivered Parcels / Failed Deliveries

The courier service will attempt to deliver your parcel up to 3 times. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unanswered calls, or refusal at the doorstep, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
